2019年に熱中したシゴト / What work were you passionate about in 2019?
Considering this has been my first proper year in the field of HR, I have been constantly challenged by all of the work that came my way. To be able to face these kinds of challenges was one of the main reasons I joined the company in the first place, so being able to dive in and see myself grow as we overcome each one has been a rewarding experience.
誇りたい成果 / What did you achieve in 2019 that you were proud of?
I think it is reasonable to say that our overseas teams have the most difficult jobs in the company. They have to take our product and evangelise it from scratch in competitive markets where we have little brand recognition. My implementation of a clean onboarding process, hiring to support the team’s growth and better operational support has given the overseas teams space to breathe and focus on growing the business.
2020年の抱負 / How will you challenge yourself in 2020?
We have been laying the groundwork of international HR over 2019. From this solid base, we can start moving onto projects which really produce a great employee experience. I’m particularly excited to see what creative avenues we can explore to ensure Wantedly employees’ ココロオドル into 2020 and beyond.
