COO-Direct Internship: Build Real Business from the Ground Up This position is a COO-Direct Internship, a rare opportunity to work directly under BEENOS’s COO. You will join a division that launches and scales new businesses, including projects supporting Japanese companies expanding into overseas marketplaces. Unlike typical internships that end with planning, this is a hands-on experience where you will be part of the entire business creation process—from market research, data analysis, and planning to system design, cross-department project management, and external negotiations. This is not a project made for interns, but an opportunity to take part in key internal initiatives with real impact.
