【About Neuromagic】 ▼Complete Full Remote Work We are shifting to fully remote work from February 2020 and will continue remote work even after the end of the coronavirus. We have an office in Tsukiji, Tokyo, but there is no compulsion to come to work. We have members living all over Japan, including Hokkaido, Yamagata, Ishikawa, Niigata, Nagano, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Okinawa. The entire company strives to facilitate communication through remote work by introducing virtual offices and other means. ▼Work Styles We have a flextime system, with core hours from 11:00 to 15:00. Since we work 7 hours a day, if you arrive at the office at 11:00 a.m., your regular working hours are at 7:00 p.m. Average overtime hours are 20-30 hours (0-10 hours when the prescribed workday is 8 hours). For families with small children, super-flexible work hours (5:00~22:00, with shorter hours available as long as the prescribed work hours are met) are also available. ▼Maternity Leave All female members who have taken maternity leave have returned to work. As a new team member

We are seeking for a temporary Japanese/English bilingual colleague for a maternity leave replacement for our Customer Success Manager (Saas) in the Sustainability Transformation (SX) team. ・Period:from November 2023 - May/June 2025 ・Hours: 28 hours per week (4 x 7 hours) ■About the team We are a bunch of curious and driven individuals that want to make a difference in the world. In a world at its tipping point in sustainability, we have set out to empower companies that share our sense of responsibility to transform their organizations and the planet for the better. ■Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager for our sustainability reporting software tool, SustainLab, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve success with our product. Together with your colleagues you will be the main point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to ensure their needs are met. - Conduct onboarding sessions to help customers get started with our software. - Provide ongoing training and support to customers. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner (in coordination with your colleagues in SXG or SustainLab Sweden). - Collaborate with the development team of SustainLab to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future product updates. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling. ■Profile.
