The initiative is to improve claim process and introduce flexible, robust, efficient validation process. Role Description Improve the claim process. Understand, elicit and analyze the current claim process, validation criteria. Model the validation criteria and find the loop-holes in the process. Mine claim data, study the pattern and formulate claim validation criteria that meets business objective for all APJ countries and simulate the formulated criteria. Role Description Responsible to understand the new policy purchasing software DMCC was seeking for the companies in their zone, develop trustworthy relationship with the stakeholders (representative companies (in DMCC zone)) and help them through the new policy procurement process. Isolate common (health insurance) needs, design the form and align the solution with regulatory standards. Track the progress of the initiative. The initiative was driven by the brokers (in JLT) to provide a platform for their lawyer clients. Role Description Role Description Responsible for Stakeholder collaboration, understand their needs, plan project approach and lead the implementation team. Identify key stakeholders from various departments. Collaborate and develop common understanding of the initiative. Define project and solution scope. Elicit, understand and model professional indemnity insurance need of the law firms and isolate common features. Track, monitor and report initiative progress. The application was developed in legacy technology and was not secure to meet JLT’s security standards. Role description Responsible to understand the new security regulations of the organization, propose and implement strategy to align 17-year-old system with organizational standards. Improve the claim process system, integrate it with upstream payment system. Collaborate and induct with stakeholders with the new system and process. Evaluate the legacy system and understand the short-comings in terms of functionality, security and claim process.
