Client: Hennes & Mauritz Industry: Retail / Marketing Locations: Sweden, IN Description The initiative was to rollout a web-based solution to place order for campaign material for H&M’s store windows across the world. Role description Lead and Manage the offshore team. Collaborate with onsite team (IT and business) to understand requirements (from (store managers/staff, back office executives, business analyst and onshore leads) and support change. Perform change management. Key Responsibilities • Develop governance approach for Production issues / Change request • Analyze the Change request, perform impact analysis, analyze and propose scope change and assign to appropriate team/ team member • Collaborate with Stakeholders (Onsite team) to understand and elicit requirement pertaining to the change request. • Review and Develop test scenarios and test cases. Coordinate and plan UAT with stakeholders. • Conduct daily Scrum (XP) to track status and resolve any impediments. Identify Risks (related to incorrect implementation, production deployment failure) and prepare risk mitigation plan.
