「AI背景を生成」とは自分好みの背景を作る機能

Google Meetの「AI背景を生成」は、生成AIで自分好みの背景画像を作る機能です。

「cat」「pink」といった単語を入力するだけで、ハイクオリティな画像が数秒で完成！
プリセット背景画像と同じテイストで生成されるので、自分だけ浮くということが無いのがこの機能の魅力だと私は思っています。

カジュアル面談の「第一印象」をデザインしよう！

カジュアル面談は、お互いの価値観や空気感を確かめ合う、相互理解の場。
そこでこのAI背景が力を発揮するんです。

「好き」を視覚で表現

言葉で「私はこういうカルチャーが好きです」と説明するのは意外と難しいです。
でも、AI背景を使えば好みや雰囲気を一瞬で伝えることができます。
視覚情報は、言葉よりも早く強く相手の印象に残るからです！

会話が弾む「アイスブレイク」のきっかけに

例えば、私たちHeadsはストリートカルチャー好きなメンバーが多く所属しています。
もし面談相手の方がストリート系の背景を設定していたら、「おっ、もしかしてストリート系お好きなんですか？✨️」と、本題に入る前から自然に会話が盛り上がると思います。

「カルチャーフィット」への近道

人柄や価値観のフィット（カルチャーフィット）は、長く一緒に働く上でとても大切な要素だと言われています。
ただの背景かもしれませんが、「この人と自分たちは、似た感性・価値観を持っているかも……？」と判断するきっかけになるかもしれません。

もちろん、無理に相手の企業に合わせる必要はありません！
大切なのは、「自分の好きを詰め込んだ背景」で、楽しいカジュアル面談にすること。

「AI背景を生成」の設定方法

それでは設定方法です！
まず、Google Meetを開き、カメラ映像の右下の「背景とエフェ…」をクリック。
「AI背景を生成」を選択すると生成画面がでてきます！

こちらがプロンプトの入力フォーム。
下の入力欄（「日当たりの良い魔法の小屋の内部」と書いてある場所）に、作りたいイメージを言葉で入れていきます。
「シーン無し」を選択すると一から作ることが出来ますが、シーンを選択して好みのテイストに調整するのが簡単でおすすめです！

調整する時間ないよ、という方のためにHeadsが作ったプロンプトを配布します！
毎回違う画像が生成されるので、気に入らなかったら「シーン」を変更してみたり、再生成してみたりしてお気に入りの背景を作ってみてくださいね。
