＼ 2022年度入社式 WELCOME to Asteria Corporation！！／

2022年4月1日（金）、アステリア2022年度入社式を開催しました！（English follows Japanese）
恵比寿のセンターオフィスにて行われた、オンラインを併用したハイブリッド入社式の様子をレポートします。今年度も昨年に引き続き４名の新卒社員がアステリアにジョインしてくれました。オフィスに出社したメンバーが見守る中、入社証書の授与も行いました。フレッシュな緊張感が漂います‥！

入社証書授与後の挨拶では、社長の平野が自身のトレードマークであるグリーンのジャケットにも触れながら、「アステリアは個性（他の人との違い）を大切にする会社です」と改めて強調。「アステリアの一（いち）メンバーとして、経営理念にもある、『発想と挑戦』、『世界的視野』そして『幸せの連鎖』これを自らのやり方で個性を発揮しながら実現していって欲しいと考えています」と、新卒社員へのメッセージを伝えました。

式の様子は社内向けでZoomにて生配信され、新卒社員を歓迎するZoom背景で「Welcome！」な気持ちを表明。多くのメンバーが業務の合間に参加してくれました。

新卒入社メンバーたちにも、カメラに向かって意気込みを語ってもらいました！

入社式終了後は、毎年恒例の個人のポートレート撮影を行いました。プロのカメラマンに撮ってもらう ”ビジネスパーソン” としての一枚はきっと記念にもなるはず。これからアステリアでの業務をはじめ、個人として活躍するさまざまな場面で活用してくださいね！

＼WELCOME to Asteria Corporation: celebrating the first day at work for FY 2022 fresh recruits!!／

Asteria's "hybrid" welcoming ceremony for fresh recruits that combines both in-person and virtual experiences was held at the Ebisu office on April 1.
As with last year, 4 new graduates joined the company. The event was live-streamed with Zoom exclusively for Asteria employees, some of whom were expressing their welcome with a background image that says "Welcome!" .

After the employment certificate award ceremony, Hirano-san gave the new members a speech in which he said that Asteria is a company that "values employee individuality. Hirano-san then made a reference to his trademark green jacket that he was wearing as an example of his individuality.
"As one of Asteria members, we would like you to realize our management principles -- "Challenge for Ideas," "Global Perspective," and "Chain of Happiness" -- in their own way while
demonstrating their individuality," he said.

We all hope that our fresh members can let their individuality shine through while learning about their work.
