We have a partnership with content holders in Japan and around the world to provide the most exciting information that has been optimized for mobiles to suit the new lifestyles of today.

Why we do

VISION Our goal is to realize the distribution processing of content optimized for the mobile age. ISSUE “New media touch point” is rapidly transitioning to smartphones and wearables. However, the current media value chain is horizontally divided into many processes and they cannot optimize their content for mobiles. It causes that their ads becomes noise and degrades the user experience. BUSINESS MODEL TABI LABO Inc. vertically integrates the existing horizontally divided media value chain by having the functions of solution sales, marketing, creative, and systems all in-house. It enables us to provide essential marketing solutions that do not rely on existing advertising methods to our major national clients.

How we do

What kind of team? Our company consists of the following 4 teams - Solutions sales team - Marketing team - Creative team - System team Office Our employees, who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and are mostly in their 20s and 40s, work in a homey office in a 3-storey building in Yoyogi-Uehara The entire office is designed to focus on the marketing team, which plays the core responsibilities in each process. We have a free-address office to promote smooth communications and to take quick response to changes. At lunch times, each team gets a chance to show off their cooking skills by taking turns to cook for everyone using a rich variety of foods, including organic vegetables freshly delivered from Miyazaki. MARKETING DIRECTOR Joe Ishikawa "We're looking for someone who likes overseas news and browses a lot of websites on a daily basis. Particularly people who have English as their native language and understand slang. Of course, Japanese abilities are also necessary so as to be able to participate in discussions to work out operation matters. Ideally we'd like someone who can verbalize even those small things that are difficult to express in words and who is open to exchanging ideas via discussion in order to move forward."

As a new team member

TABI LABO is looking for a curator who works together with us in our office. Let’s get down to the details. What is a curator? A curator works with TABI LABO’s media partners all over the world and explores the most appealing content. The curator is required to understand domestic news trends, assess content and the target audience, and closely examine the latest news that’s spreading around the world. A curator must have excellent language abilities and data analysis skill. Communication skill are also required to introduce attractive content to our in-house creative team. Hiring conditions - English language ability (native speaker is preferred) - Information sensitivity - Data analysis skill - Communication skill The appeal of curating Curation is the first step in content creation and distribution processing. It is the most exciting work and the most important position. As a curator, you will be able to develop a refined marketing sense by working with the latest information around the world, and have a special experience that you can’t get in other industries.
