Gustavo Dore is TECH CREW CEO and a Designer by heart. He has a MA in Interaction Design from KEIO University. He worked on creating best selling VAIO PCs at Sony and lead an UX Design team for HR services at Recruit Career. Seeing the unhappiness of people in Japan at the workplace and feeling the pain himself, he started this movement. Dore is originally from Brazil and loves to play guitar, to travel, to cycle and to laugh with friends over a board game. At Recruit Technologies I worked with other Recruit companies doing WEB and APP direction mostly on the creation of new services. I worked from the Project scheduling and research, till the implementation and release, working close with Engineers and Designers. I already released one web service and one app. Also was responsible for strategy planning and research for another project. At SONY I was responsible for the planning of new products and strategies for VAIO. I realized 2 PCs, 3 software and a important partnership from my planning. At Keio Media Design I studied a lot design thinking and realized 3 projects, one being a marketing event with a treasure hunt involving small webgames, and the other 2 being related with Interactive Furniture and Music. I am also a co-founder of the Bag brand Semi. Before coming to Japan, in Brazil, I worked in a marketing office for an educational institution creating posters, banners and a newspaper. I also speak fluent Japanese language. (foreigner married with a Japanese, what a cliche!) Now I am looking for a new challenge, let's talk and see if we can work together.
