■ Position Portfolio Support RPO (Contract) ｜ Support global hiring using your English skills Skyland Ventures is a venture capital firm investing in and supporting seed to early-stage startups. We are now looking for an RPO professional who can leverage English skills to support the hiring activities of our portfolio companies. You will play a key role in global talent acquisition, covering everything from candidate communication to strategic planning and hands-on recruitment execution. ■ Responsibilities Support the design of hiring strategies ・Conduct candidate research and outreach in English ・Manage initial communication with candidates (emails and online interviews) ・Oversee hiring progress (ATS, spreadsheets, etc.) ・Propose improvements in recruitment branding and candidate experience ■ Role Highlights ・Leverage your English skills daily Communicate directly with global candidates and founders expanding their businesses overseas. ・Support portfolio growth through hiring Contribute to the recruitment of startups in diverse fields such as AI, entertainment, and inbound services. ・Work in a unique VC environment Gain insights from both investors and entrepreneurs while advancing your own career. ■ Required Qualifications ・Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) ・Experience in recruitment or RPO (new graduate or mid-career hiring) ・Strong PC skills (Google Spreadsheets, Slack, etc.) ・Ability to work independently in a startup environment ■ Preferred Qualifications ・Experience in global talent acquisition ・Recruitment experience at multinational companies ・Experience providing RPO services to multiple companies ・Career background in HR or recruiting (RA/CA/others)
