■Job Description You’ll handle B2B sales of Musashi Paint’s custom-developed paint, focusing on existing client relationships while also exploring new business opportunities. You’ll also propose custom paints based on customer needs—covering color, durability, texture, and environmental performance. Strong listening and proposal skills are key in this highly tailored role. With our global network and international client base, overseas business trips are possible, and depending on your performance and preference, long-term overseas assignments may also be offered. ■Clients ・Manufacturers of finished goods such as home appliances and automobiles ・Component manufacturers, etc. ■Training & Development New hires will undergo training at the Iruma plant for about a month. You'll first learn about our paints technology and company culture. Then you'll receive OJT (on-the-job training) from senior staff. Until you're fully confident, you'll be accompanied by senior staff—so don’t hesitate to ask questions. There's no fixed timeline for independence—early success is more than welcome! ■Required Experience & Preferred Skills ・B2B sales or consulting sales experience preferred. ・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ・Experience in the paint or manufacturing industry is a plus ・Driver’s license preferred ■Employment Conditions ・Employer: Musashi Paint Holdings Co., Ltd.
