My main work consisted of researching about the Grab application while I was in Malaysia. -Used both Primary/ secondary research to understand the use of mini-application within Grab (Ex: Agoda,Klook, Grabcar, etc) -Researched about the Malaysian user experience of Grab car. -Helped find if there is a demand for a new mini-app for Grab.

I contributed to the Maritime section (36~46) of the "Norway–Japan: Creating value together for a sustainable future" for my Internship. It was a great experience for me to have the Norwegian Embassy as a client and interview with multiple C-level executives from companies such as NYK, MOL and Dualog to create this report.
