- Present

-Building a good relationship with partners (schools) as the key point of contact -Communicating externally with partners and parents to identify, analyse their problem and provide a proper solution to retain their satisfaction, and product improvement

  • Tasting event and account management

Managing the food tasting events at schools to let the kids and teachers try our lunchbox. My role is to present to the schools about the company's vision and mission, interact with the kids during the tasting (e.g. asking what are their favourite foods and if our food is suitable for them), collect feedback from the children and the teachers for satisfaction retainment and future improvements. After the food tasting, I collaborate with the sales team to discuss the terms and condition, including pricing and logistics that both the company and schools come to an agreement, and close the deal. The next step is to manage the account by frequently contacting them to hear their problems, feedbacks and provide proper solution and analyse future improvements for the product

  • Campaign building

One of my role as an account executive is to build campaigns for the parents to share our latest news, products and education-based newsletter. In addition, I also build campaigns (e.g. policy update and new product update) for ex-users to collect their feedback, maintain a good relationship even though they are not our user anymore and to re-onboard them to our service again. After sending the campaigns, I need to analyse the impact of it, for example, the rate of readers, openers, the survey result from the CRM tool and analyse through the email and phone for campaign-related inquiry.

  • Event coordinator

Managing the school events to participate (e.g. school fair). My role is to externally communicate with the schools ensuring we will participate and sell our food products to the attendee. Internally, I communicate with the chefs discussing what healthy food should we provide and quantity, operation team to discuss about the logistic aspect for food container and delivery method. In addition, I communicate with the sales and chefs to discuss the price of our product. I also attend the events to do product/service demonstration to the parents in order to get new users onboard. Furthermore, I work on the post-event report analysis of how many products we sold, revenue earned, how the event goes with parent's communication if we can collect feedback from existing users and on-spot sales, and closely monitor the sales conversion growth after events.
