日頃のアナログ作業をAIツールを駆使し、非エンジニアである労務でもスクリプトを作成し勤怠締め作業のアナログ作業、問い合わせフォームの通知機能や総務管轄である在庫管理で一定数の数になったら通知を飛ばすようにする仕組みを作成しました。

労務として従業員がよりよく働きやすいと思ってもらえるような仕組みやルールを作って会社やその先にいる方々の力になりたいです。 今後は研修なども行って行きたいと考えていますし、メンタルヘルス検定や給与検定などの資格も取得し労務の知識も増やしされらをどんど活かして行きたいです。
