As the Channel Lead and Product Owner for Digital Product Regional, I work with Stakeholders on the strategic plan, roadmaps and budgets for Digital Products. I manage multiple squads including POs, Backend and Frontend Developers, Designers that work on Digital Projects and rollout to the different channels across the region.

Crafting products and solutions for diversity of industries within the ASEAN region. Managing and mentoring teams of junior UX Designers to create innovative and usable products from requirement gathering, conceptualisation, prototyping and to market.

Manage a team responsible for User Interface and Usability aspect of Web and Mobile Applications within PayPal. Gather requirements from Stakeholders and advise on design, usability and technical limitations. Translating high level requirements to technical specifications with security, risk management, usability and design in mind.

Here I developed rich web applications within Barclays Capital to achieve consistent design and layout for best user experience and usability. I also design internal organization posters and flyers for product launch and corporate events.

As the project leader in SCB I deal with in house product owners basically dealing with Transaction and Payments. I would decide base on the requirements from Senior Managers and design with the B2B System in mind the System Design and Visual Design that is best suited for the project. I work on the core design and logic, which will then be hand over to my developers for production.
