As of July 2025, the Tech Division at Tribeat is organized into five teams, each aligned with a specific technical domain:

• App Engineer
• Frontend Engineer

Team Assignments

Assignments aren’t decided unilaterally by the company. Instead, we prioritize each member’s interests and aspirations.

Why? Because our focus isn’t only on sharpening technical expertise—it’s also on fostering self-driven learning that fuels the growth of the entire organization.

We believe that facing high-uncertainty challenges requires a team-based approach, where continuous learning and collaboration are the foundation.

Since teams are domain-based, we’re sometimes asked during hiring:

“If I join one team, does that mean I can’t work in other areas?”

The answer is of course not. We don’t restrict the endeavors of our team members
