皆さんこんにちは！

昨年、SHAHANIでは社内インタビューセッションを実施しました。
今回はその中からSenior Talent Coodinator 中本 晴香の記事をご紹介します。

新卒で大手通信会社に入社、大手での縦割り組織の在り方に疑問を感じて退職。派遣会社にて数社を経験。3社目の派遣先としてSHAHANIに入社後、風通しの良さ、業務の柔軟性や手を挙げた分の仕事に取り組める環境に感激し正社員として入社。翌年に産休・育休を経て復帰。
現在ではタレントコーディネータのまとめ役として組織の業務改善に取り組んでいます。

■Who is she?
Haruka Nakamoto
Senior Talent Coodinator

• After graduating and joining a major telecommunications company, she left because she had doubts about the vertical organization structure of a large company and worked for several temporary staffing agencies.
• After that, she is sent to SHAHANI as a temporary staff, and was so impressed by the openness, flexibility, and the environment in which she could work as hard as she put her hands up, and she joined the company as a full-time employee. The following year, after taking maternity and childcare leave, she returned to work.
• She is now working to improve the organization's operations, leading our Talent Coordinator team.
