Job Description: Oversee complete operations of Life Robot Brothers (RakuRo, DeliRo, PatoRo) from concept to delivery, including planning, maintenance and customer support. Typical tasks of this role include: - Have a solid grasp of the overal picture of the robot software system. - Represent engineering team during operation planning. - Help coordinate development and test required new features. - Suggest and help implement improvements to ease of use of robot system. - Be the first line of software support for operations. ・Specification: Must: Interested in robotics and willing to learn from an experienced development team Familiar with ROS and Linux Japanese and English language (fluent in one, at least intermediate level and willing to improve in the other) Good to have: Experience or education in software development or tech-support Experience or education in project management Python and C++ development experience Technical sales support experience Bilingual English/Japanese
