About the Product: TikTok (Short movie platform), ULIKE (Beauty camera app) and CapCut (Video editing app)
As a Media Planning Manager, you will:
1. Produce media plans, forecasts and briefs according to our value propositions and brand communication plan for driving user growth
2. Demonstrate an ability to think strategically and analytically about media trends and marketing challenges, undertake relevant research and analyze/interpret data
3. Work closely with agency accounts staff, ensure that campaign ideas, strategies and objectives are converted into tangible tasks
4. Liaise with local and global peers to share and take lessons from marketing campaigns
5. Also be required to propose your own market insights to impact the marketing team’s decision on refining and optimizing brand communications and media spends
募集条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 5-year working experience in media planning and buying, familiar with local context and trends of media, including but not limited to TV, magazines, web, or apps
3. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English
4. Strong communication and coordination skills
5. Intellectual curiosity and ready to learn new skills and knowledge
6. Good business/data analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
