And that’s why we’re continuously reinventing the LanCul experience: to open up all kinds of potential for our members — and you.LanCul has a wide age range of members and mates are expected to be flexible to everyone. The Mate will provide a platform for the members to share their experiences by facilitating a group conversation. Our Mates’ main duties would be leading conversations between small groups.We are more interested in your communication skills rather than teaching qualifications, so those lacking experience are welcome to apply.

How we do
This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll facilitate engaging group conversations in our cafés, providing a platform for members to share experiences. Additionally, you will perform online, creating content for live streams, social media, and webinars, reaching a global audience.
As a new team member

We’re seeking an extraordinary entertainer who will passionately deliver LanCul’s values to small groups at our café branches and a broad audience across our social media platforms.
Key Qualifications;
• Passion for LanCul’s culture and values
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English; Japanese skills are a plus but not required
• Performing and acting experience is a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently
