Responsibilities:
・Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for digital products, ensuring effective UX localization tailored to the Japanese market.
・Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency, localization accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
・Develop engaging marketing copy for websites, product descriptions, social media, and other digital channels.
・Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless, user-centered experiences.
・Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to refine content strategy.
・Maintain and update content libraries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
・3-5 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in UX writing or digital marketing.
・Proven expertise in UX writing for B2B SaaS, payments, fintech, or POS systems.
・Strong command of Japanese writing with a deep understanding of local cultural nuances and user behavior.
・Fluency in Japanese (native-level) and business-level English.
・Proficiency in content localization tools and familiarity with style guides and tone-of-voice documentation.
・Excellent attention to detail, strong editorial skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
・A strong portfolio showcasing UX writing, in-product content, or website copywriting (please ensure access is provided).
