How we do
- Bonus: 4.3 months of basic salary twice a year (June, December)

Required Skills
- Proficient in Japanese (no degree required)
- 2+ years of experience in business systems development
Desired Skills
- ERP implementation consulting experience
- SAP implementation consulting experience
- Customer communication skills, experience in defining requirements and project management.
- English communication skills are preferred
- Ability to take responsibility and approach tasks with a positive attitude
- Ability to engage stakeholders and drive projects with planning and negotiation skills
