ゼミでは、東南アジアの貧困問題を経済学を用いて解決策を探ることをテーマにした活動に励んだ。3年次では、国内の問題に目を向けプラスチックごみ削減活動を行い自分だけのエコバックを作成するワークショップを開いたり、市で行われたイベントに参加し問題を認知してもらうことに努めた。
