Concept: The difference between each type of soy sauce and the proportion of ingredients used makes the type more delicious when used in any dish. There are several types that are lined up at supermarkets when buying soy sauce. I have wondered what each type is different and what kind of dish it is suitable for. I thought that if I used soy sauce that matched the dish, the taste of the dish would be more delicious. So I use to explain how did it make by using the image and some dishes’name on the top which is suitable for. コンセプト：各種類の醤油の違い、使用している原料の割合として、その種類はどんな料理に使えばより美味しくなる。 醤油を買うときにスーパーで並んでいる何種類があります。その各種類は何か違うのか、どんなお料理に適しているのかと考えたことがあります。もしその料理に合った醤油を使用することで、料理の味はより美味しくて格段に変わるのではないでしょうかと考えて制作しました。
