・デザイナーがデザイナーらしく働ける環境構築
「仕事は与えられるものではなく、自ら作り出すもの」という上司からの教えを受け、自ら考え仕事を創出し役割をやり切ることで貢献してきました。そのためクライアントワークのプロジェクトではアニメーション実装をデザイナーと共に0.1秒1pxまでこだわりお客様の要望を超える作品を作る、別の人が残したコードを読み解き次に繋げられるよう提案・改善を行ってきました。
主にWebデザイナーを担当。 現在Webエンジニアとしてもプロジェクトに携わっています。
