Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) is a voice platform that supports new generation of voice-driven self-service applications uniquely positioned to deliver an integrated customer interaction management driven by the VoiceXML, the Genesys Voice Platform forms a link between internet technology and traditional IVR solutions. GVP is not only a solid, high-performance call center software, but also a platform for the versatile processing of different media. GVP will interpret and execute VoiceXML documents, which can be called up from every standardized web server. The Genesys platform is particularly used as an assistant for routing calls to call center agents, i.e. for CTI applications supporting TDM, IP or Hybrid environments.
