This enhances the efficiency of call center advisors, resulting into better customer service and satisfaction. Corizon Resolve is a key strategic solution, designed for use by the frontline and back office help desk advisors providing broadband technical support to BT Retail's consumer and business customers. It combines and brings functionality of various applications like Woosh, STAA, Motive, cISP, RBSC at one place. It also guides advisor to structured question through Eclipse Knowledge Management capabilities and suggests next course of action.
