アメリカでの大学を卒業後、全日本空輸株式会社に客室乗務職として入社。4年半ほど国内・国際線を乗務し、2014年にユーザベースに入社。PR担当として、PR業務全般を担当した他、IPOや米国メディア企業の買収、全社リブランディング時の広報業務もリード。2021年にはPlug and Play JapanにPR Managerとしてジョイン。2023年よりオーストラリアに移住し、現在はフリーランスでPR/ライターとして活動中。 赤提灯系居酒屋・ホヤ・日本酒が大好物。
