I completed the Conversation Design Fundamentals certification through Google Cloud Skills Boost to expand my understanding of how users interact with AI-driven interfaces, particularly voice and chat experiences. With the increasing integration of conversational interfaces into apps, customer support, and digital platforms, I was curious about the principles behind designing intuitive and empathetic interactions with machines. What drew me to this course was its emphasis on human-centered dialogue, persona design, and the balance between natural language and functionality. As someone already passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, I saw this certification as a way to broaden my skill set and better prepare for projects that involve voice-driven products.
