Market Analysis & Planning of St. Paul's Plaza Travel Agency
INTRODUCTION: St Paul’s Plaza is a business established at Rikkyo University’s Ikebukuro campus. It was established to sell the following goods/services primarily to Rikkyo University students. - Stationary - Food/drinks - Rikkyo Branded goods (Clothing, memorabilia, etc…) - Books - Services (Rikkyo Travel Agency, Driving School, Part-time courses) The focus of our market analysis is on the Rikkyo Travel Agency. - This service is currently considered to be underutilized by students. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES: Research objectives are focused on two issues. Are students aware of Rikkyo Travel Agency's marketing/promotions? What advertising platforms do students read/use frequently. Second, to the above objectives, we also aim to determine whether or not there is actually any need for a travel agency for students. We do not wish at this stage to answer the specific/detailed needs of a travel agency for students.
