Implementation of Cloud Backup

- Managed Barracuda and Sophos for email and endpoint protection. 
- Documented incident reporting and response procedures, sharing them with the organization as part of security protocols. 
- Played a key role as an internal person responsible for security.

Security

- Designed, deployed, and maintained firewalls, including replacements and upgrades. 
- Built VPNs connecting multiple domestic locations for seamless internal communication. 
- Standardized communication infrastructure for nationwide retail stores, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems, to support mobile POS systems. 
- Conducted testing and kitting of price tag printers and receipt printers for mobile POS systems, successfully transitioning from the legacy system in coordination with US HQ and retail stores. 
- Led infrastructure construction for office relocations and logistics warehouses during the pandemic, collaborating with 3PL vendors to ensure smooth transitions.


Implementation and Management of Communications Systems

Enabled Microsoft Teams with external calling features to facilitate full remote work during the pandemic.

Planned and executed 24/7 infrastructure unaffected by building power outages by relocating physical servers and network devices from on-site to a data center.
Completed the entire relocation process in 12 hours to minimize down tiem and impact on business. 

Server and Network Relocation from On-Premise to Data Center

Expert in Windows file access permissions, successfully replaced on-premises file servers with no business disruption.  

File Server Migration

-Supported the migration of on-premises Exchange mailboxes to Microsoft 365 Exchange after Azure tenant setup.
