卒業論文:Basic Income is the Safety Net for the 21st century:Relationship Between Minimum Income and Society
Abstract This paper has three purposes, firstly, it documents the historical context of Basic Income (BI). Secondly, it documents definition of BI. Thirdly, it uses MINCOME (Minimum Income) experiment data in Manitoba, Canada (1974-1979) which shows an 8.5 percent reduction in the hospitalization rate, as well as improving participants’ mental health and school continuation.
