With the project, Loops saw an increase in Daily Active Users, Retention as well as User Base.
Managing Digital Marketing for Deja Fashion App (Android & iOS). To acquire users based on campaigns set out by in-app operation events. Liaising with influencers/ partners for creatives to be used for acquiring users. Manage social media pages (Facebook/ Instagram). Run analytics on data from User Acquisition, retention rate and campaigns in-app and on social media.
Manage in-app operations which includes the planning of Operations Events for Singapore & Indonesia to increase User Acquisition, Daily Active Users, Rentention & User Engagement. Manage Live-Broadcasters/ Talents/ Influencers, to ensure live-streaming hours & payment are met. Gather feedbacks from users and talents to improve on app functions & operations events.
Managing talents which includes Live Broadcasters and Influencers of Loops Live (Talent Live Broadcasting Platform). To coach and guide talents on content creation and improvement on live stream quality. Ensuring that payment for talents are accurate and to maintain a professional, yet close relationship with talents so that getting support for events & broadcasts would be a breeze.
Ensure passengers safety is met from Point A to Point B of air travel by safety demonstration, first aid, and emergency procedures. To execute service based on a top notch customer handling in terms of showing passengers to their seats, serving in-flight meals, answering passengers queries as well as to assist in stowing hand-luggages into stowage compartments.
Scheduling of parts and chips for PCB boards & burn-in boards. Liaising with vendors to ensure parts ordered and delivered arrives on time and sent to the production line. To ensure that delivery of PCBs & Burn-In Boards are delivered to clients and shipped out on schedule or before schedule.
Excution of daily guest arrivals & departures. Rooming guests to ensure facilities & room features are understood by guests. Allocation of rooms and upselling of room types to fit into guest’s in-house experience during stay. To recommend places of interests to guest and handling of reservations at in-house/ external restaurants, shows & events.
