Herita – Preserving Cultural Heritage with Blockchain Transparency At the IT Consultant Competition, our team developed Herita, a web platform that leverages Blockchain technology to ensure transparency in funding flows from organizations investing in the restoration of cultural and historical heritage sites. Within just one day of competition, we: - Proposed the concept to address the lack of transparency in heritage restoration investments. - Designed the system architecture, including: + Use Case Diagram to capture user interactions and core functionalities. + 4C System Architecture to illustrate the system’s overall structure. + Data Model demonstrating how information is stored and managed on the Blockchain. - Outlined workflow scenarios for key stakeholders such as investors, local authorities, and the community. Herita aims to build trust through transparency, encourage community engagement, and ultimately preserve national heritage by integrating modern technology with cultural values.
