Pizza4P's / Operation Optimize Manager
Since my university days, I have worked in the food and beverage industry, finding joy in entertaining guests and moving them emotionally. After graduating, I continued to work in a Dining Cafe chain. Wanting to enhance my service skills further, I then worked at a Japanese Kappo restaurant where I obtained a Wine Sommelier certification. Feeling the need to work abroad, I moved to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and joined Pizza 4P's, where I am currently employed.
Through Pizza 4P's, I want to create restaurants that move guests in many countries. Additionally, I aim to build a community of like-minded individuals who share this vision and can excel in various countries.
I started as a store manager, then gained experience as an Area Manager. Currently, I am in charge of operational efficiency. However, I still have a passion for operations and am currently involved in training store managers in Cambodia and India.
