Costume styling for both walk-in and online customers; Oversee daily operation of the Costume House; Plan and drive company’s promotional campaigns; Design and create social media content for postings;

Greeted all customers with a friendly demeanour and provided answers to their questions; Paid close attention to customers' concerns and addressed their queries and achieved an exceptional level of customer service;

Coordination of production schedule of artiste’s local and overseas performances to ensure all needs are met and production runs smoothly. Responsibilities include but not limited to, rehearsals, wardrobe and welfare of artiste;

Command in coordination and execution of all aspects of production to ensure the successful delivery of the performance; Responsible for procurement and maintenance of costumes and equipment inventory as necessary

- Assist performers in changing into their costumes - Perform machine wash, hand wash or dry cleaning of costumes - Maintain inventory levels of costumes & accessories - Work with Costume Supervisor & Costume Fabrication Team to ensure quality control of costumes

Attend to walk-in customers/parents and answer inquiries; Liaise with students and parents on events and productions; Coordinate with partners on venue booking, site recce, etc. for school events and productions;
