マレーシアのBPO企業にて自社の採用に従事しており、毎月約１５名採用を行っている 採用計画策定、面接、内定者フォローなど採用業務を一貫して担当している Belong to in-house recruitment team in BPO company in Malaysia, being in charge for hiring about 15 native Japanese monthly basis and onboard them on time. Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and onboarding.
