Conducted in-depth analysis of mouthwashes in the United States in order to develop and introduce a new product • Constructed a chart of the brand in the mouthwash category in terms of their manufacturers, unit price, and packaging • Subdivided the mouthwash brands to identify the category leaders and niche marketers • Described how the products are displayed • Identified and researched the major manufacturers in the mouthwash category and brands they sell through Mintel, MarketLine and their websites • Determined and analyzed the point of difference and the target market of the top 5 brands based on the research • Designed the Logo, package and slogan • Introduced a new mouthwash to the mouthwash category based on above findings
