I’ve always been fascinated by people — what motivates them, how they make decisions, and what helps them grow. That curiosity first led me into finance in Brazil, where I started as an intern and worked my way up to Investment Analyst after earning the ANBIMA Investment Specialist (CEA) certification. It was there I learned how to listen, analyze, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure — skills that still shape how I work today.
