Improve the procedures and efficiency in the Global contact centre’s. Originally we have to send email to India office to issue official receipt or check ticket refundable amount for the passengers. Now we just need to use the excisting resurse to increase the process time. In the past we took around 3 mins per case, now it just takes a less then a minute. The project has significantly increased the response time and the change rate was 97 percents.
