この革新的なアプローチは、プロジェクトの運用を大幅に改善し、プロジェクトマネジメントのストレスレベルを約80％削減しました。これは、困難を乗り越え、意味のある変革をもたらすための忍耐力と創造力の力を示すものでした。

When I first embarked on this project, it was just a fledgling idea. Meeting notes, documents to share with four different companies, game master data, proposals, and various other materials were scattered everywhere. As a newcomer to the project, I faced numerous challenges and made my fair share of mistakes. However, these experiences paved the way for a breakthrough.

I took the initiative to create a centralized development homepage using Notion. This platform allowed me to compile all relevant information into a single, easily accessible display. Everything from project requirements to timelines, development updates, engineer tasks, and meeting notes was categorized and readily available without the need to sift through multiple folders.

This innovative approach significantly improved the project's operations, streamlining processes by approximately 80% and reducing stress levels for project management. It was a testament to the power of perseverance and creativity in overcoming challenges and driving meaningful change.
