Q: Could you share more about your previous experience?
Katia: Of course! My professional journey began in Sweden before leading me to Japan. Initially, I entered the recruitment field at a small boutique firm in Tokyo. As an Associate, my responsibilities predominantly revolved around managing the candidate side, specializing in non-technical roles such as sales and marketing. However, as our company expanded, a dedicated IT team emerged, prompting my transition into the role of Consultant. In this capacity, I assumed responsibility for both client and candidate sides, overseeing comprehensive recruitment processes.
Q: What motivated your decision to join RGF Professional Recruitment Japan?
Katia: RGF stood out because they offer a solid structure and ongoing training, which was a big draw for me. Plus, everyone I met during the interview process seemed genuinely friendly and welcoming.
Q: What were your initial impressions after joining RGF Professional Recruitment Japan?
Katia: It was pretty much what I expected—in a good way. The training sessions were top-notch, and the team's been incredibly supportive since day one.
Q: How would you describe the company culture at RGF Professional Recruitment Japan?
Katia: It's definitely global-minded and open. People here really make an effort to connect and help out where they can so you can really unleash your potential.
Q: What are you looking forward to the most here?
Katia: Landing my first Placement within the next six months is a big one.
And I'm looking forward to all the company events such as Hanami, Christmas party, kick-offs, etc.
Q: How do you plan to bring your past experiences into play here at RGF Professional Recruitment Japan?
Katia: Building solid relationships with clients and candidates has always been my forte, and I plan to keep that going strong here at RGF!
