Last week at CIC Tokyo , AXA REIM Japan and EaSyGo hosted the launch event of “Decarbonization with startups in residential assets” with invited startups who have revolutional technologies and services to reduce CO2 emissions from residential buildings & tenant activities, and enhance QOL of residents and communities.

Through this program, we are planning several practial decarbonizing approaches with startups in residential assets in central Tokyo, to reduce GHG from the building & tenants activities, visualize the environmental & social impacts, and optimize them.

We will have more and more upcoming events to approach new frontiers of decarbonization in real estate.
