My mother always says: You can not become a teacher, you need to be born a teacher.

Why did you become a teacher?
I became a teacher, because I enjoy helping others to learn and to grow. I have always believed that education can change lives and I wanted to be part of the progress. Teaching allows me to share knowledge, encourage curiosity and support students in reaching their potential. There are days where the students smiles at you and says: Thank you teacher! - This moment means the world to me.
Why did you join Everest?
I joined Everest because I enjoy the student-centered learning. You get to know each student ,learn and grow with each of them. It also gives me the freedom to show students that learning English is not boring and difficult. I have a lot of freedom to create my lessons fun and engaging with games and activities while still following the curriculum.
What motivates you to be a teacher?
What motivates me the most is seeing students improve and gain confidence. Even small progress feels meaningful when I know I have made a difference in someone`s learning. Their success keeps me motivated to continue giving my best.
What do you like the most about working at Everest?
I appreciate the most that Everest gives us the chance to use creativity in our lessons, which makes learning more engaging for students. I like the close relationship with my colleagues. If you need help they will be always there to support you!
What are your plans for the future?
My plan is to keep developing as a teacher by improving teaching skills, learning new methods and gaining more experience.
What challenges do you face as a teacher, and how do you deal with them?
One challenge is that every student learns differently, so it can be difficult to meet all of their needs at once. I deal with this by being flexible, preparing different approaches, and encouraging students to ask questions and participate actively. Another challenge is keeping students motivated, but I try to make my lessons interactive and fun and connect with real life situations to keep learning interesting. At the end of the day we work with people, children. Not every person has a good day, good mood. Sometimes students can be very sleepy, sad, in a bad mood and overwhelmed. The most important thing is to stay calm, understanding and listening to their problems and adjust the lessons to their needs. Every student is different, but that makes it so interesting and fun!
