【質問1】いつクレッシェンドラボにジョインしましたか？また、この会社を選んだ同期は何でしょうか？

2022年3月にクレッシェンドラボに入社しました。
HR担当として会社や同僚一人ひとりの成長のために自分が影響力を発揮すること、そして、同時にチームの雰囲気が良く、コミュニケーションと柔軟性を重視する職場環境で働きたいと思っています。だから私はクレッシェンドラボに入社することを選びましたし、今、当時のその決断に満足しています。

I joined CL in March 2022.
I want to work in a fast-growing software startup. As an HR, I hope to see myself exert influence to help the company and every colleague grow. At the same time, I also hope to work in a working environment with a good team atmosphere and emphasis on communication and flexibility. That’s why I chose to join CL and I’m happy about my decision.

【質問2】現在の仕事内容と、一日の過ごし方を教えてください。

【Question2】What is your current role, and Please tell us how you typically spend your day.

クレッシェンドラボのHRチームにシニアレベルの採用担当として入社しました。幸いなことに、カルチャービルディングやパフォーマンスレビューなど、さまざまな人材育成プロジェクトに参加する機会に恵まれています。
日々の業務では、採用ニーズについて上司とコミュニケーションをとり、候補者とオンライン面接を行い、新入社員の入社手続きを行うことが主な仕事です。
候補者に良い体験をさせるだけでなく、Happy Hourやスプリングパーティーなど、社内の従業員エンゲージメント活動も担当しています。

I joined CL’s people(HR) Team as Sr. TA(Talent Acquisition). Fortunately, I have the opportunity to participate in various developing talent projects, such as culture building and performance review.
My daily work mainly involves communicating with supervisors about recruitment needs, conducting online interviews with candidates, and onboarding new hires.
In addition to creating a good candidate experience, I am also responsible for internal employee engagement activities, such as happy hour and spring party.

【質問3】この仕事やクレッシェンドラボの好きな部分を教えていただけますか？

クレッシェンドラボのリクルーターとして、面接で候補者に真実を伝え、個人と会社の成功のために真摯な姿勢で同じ志を持つ未来のパートナーを見つけることができるのは、私がこの仕事の好きなところです。これこそまさにリクルートワークの意義であり、私のやりたかったことに合致しています。
そして、私はクレッシェンドラボのみんなが大好きです。自己成長のスピードも、思考や計画のパターンも、挑戦や責任の重さも、ここ数年の社会人経験では経験したことのないものばかりです。率直で、実直で、有能で、互いに助け合うクレッシェンドだからこそ、自分の欠点を見て、「知らないことを知る」ことが、すべてを良くする始まりであることも深く理解できました。

企業にとって最も重要な財産は人である。これは様々な場所で言われている言葉ですが、まさに今、クレッシェンドラボが毎日実感し、それを体現しているところです。

As a recruiter in CL, my favorite point is being able to tell the truth to the candidates during the interview and find like-minded future partners with a sincere attitude to help the individual and the company succeed. This is exactly the meaning of recruitment work and fits my original idea.
And I love people in CL. Whether it is the speed of self-growth, the pattern of thinking and planning, and the challenges and responsibilities that can be undertaken, they are all things that I have never experienced in the past few years of work experience. Because of this group of frank, down-to-earth, capable, and mutually supportive Crescenders, seeing my own shortcomings, I also deeply understand that “knowing what I don’t know” is the beginning of everything getting better. The most important asset of a company is its people. This old saying that every boss and every HR will say, but it is really being witnessed and implemented by CL.

【質問4】日本ビジネスへどのような展望を持っていますか？

【Question4】What is your expectation on Japan business?

現在台湾で唯一のLINEのゴールドパートナーである私たちが台湾で成功したように、日本でもNo.1のLINE CRMになれると期待しています。
最終的には、クロスチャネルの自動マーケティングツールとして、日本企業の消費者とのコミュニケーションのあり方に影響を与える存在になれると思っています。

First of all, I expect that we can become the No. 1 LINE CRM in Japan, just like we did in Taiwan, and we are currently the only gold-level LINE partner in Taiwan.
Ultimately, we can become the best cross-channel automated marketing tool, influencing the way Japanese companies communicate with their consumers.

【質問5】どのような方と一緒に働きたいと思いますか？

【Question5】What kind of people do you wanna work with?

採用にあたっては、オーナーシップマインドと成長マインドを持った、チームプレーヤーである方を探しています。日本市場は魅力的であると同時に、簡単ではない面もあると思っています。私たちは常に乗り越えるべき新しい課題に直面しています。変化の激しい環境を楽しみ、新しい仕事に挑戦し、学ぶ意欲のある方と一緒に働きたいです！
