What brought you to the IT industry?

My journey into the IT industry began during my college years. It seemed like a logical decision to pursue a degree in Information Technology given the growing demand for IT professionals. The prospect of stable job opportunities and competitive salaries made it an attractive choice. Fast forward a decade, and I'm still as passionate about IT as ever. What I find most captivating is the problem-solving aspect, particularly when it comes to investigating and fixing bugs. There's a sense of accomplishment in solving these digital puzzles. Moreover, the constantly evolving nature of the tech industry keeps the excitement alive as new technologies emerge regularly.

Why did you decide to join LiNKX?

I decided to join LiNKX because I believe that it is a good environment to challenge myself, and to work with passionate and talented engineers. Aside from that, LiNKX has a flexible, relaxed, accommodating work culture which I love, perfectly aligning with my vision. I sought an environment that fosters both professional growth as well as personal aspirations.

Having been with the company for over a year now, I am immensely grateful for the opportunities and experiences it has offered. I'm looking forward to making an even more significant contribution to LiNKX's continued success.

What are interesting and/or challenging things you face at LiNKX?

One of the most exciting hurdles I encountered in the project was diving into new technologies like Vue.js and Azure, which I had no prior experience with. I felt thrilled to get my hands on these latest technologies, and I was equally grateful for the ample time they provided for training before I actually jumped into project tasks.

I usually go to the office about three to four times in two weeks.

08:45-09:15：Check code review requests and execute review
09:15-09:45：Team daily scrum
09:45-12:00：Work on tasks
12:00-13:00：Prepare and eat lunch
13:00-17:00：Work on tasks
17:00-18:00：Check code review requests and execute review
18:30-19:30：Gym / Zumba time
