This time, I would like to share with you an interview with Mr. Sam from Global Business Development, who joined our company on August 16th.

Reason for joining the Aldagram／Global Business Development

――Please introduce yourself.

Hi everyone! My name is Suksan Yudthavorasit and I joined Aldagram as Global Business Development on Aug 16th, 2023.

I was born and raised in Thailand (Bangkok) and upon graduation from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang,Bangkok, Thailand. and I just got married on Dec 17th, 2022. with a beautiful lady

During my free time, I usually spend my time with family and parents, money investment, going to the gym and relaxing at the coffee shop.

This is the picture about my pre-wedding ceremony, that me and my wife love it, because we smile from the inside and picture were taken by my friend, this stage is a beginning of nightmare before the rainbow, we had overthinking before the wedding ceremony but after the ceremony finished, we are very happy together.

――Please tell us about your career to date.

After graduation, my first job was at a Procurement firm that specializes in Negotiation and Compare the price called TTCL.

At TTCL, I was able to gain valuable end to end Purchasing experience ranging from business development, negotiation. After about 1 year and 7 months, I switched jobs to a Sales career called Keyence.

At Keyence, I was a Sales engineer, working closely with end users to promote the product and achieve sales targets with a comprehensive business plan and managing large global accounts listed in Thailand.after working with Keyence about 3 years i got promoted to Assistant sales manager due to my performance and my passion. After 6 years, I switched jobs to a Business Development called Honeywell.

At Honeywell, I was a Business development manager, working closely with large local and global accounts for serve the solution called Supply chain logistics solutions such as; WMS (Warehouse Management System), OMS (Order Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System)

ーーWhat were the deciding factors for you to join Aldagram?

The deciding factors that led me to join Aldagram are career path and product - I still love to communicate and develop the people to help customers and the story that Nagahama san told me for the plan about Thailand Business with Aldagram, it’s so excite for me to achieve together with Aldagram. These two things led me to decide my joining with Aldagram

This picture was taken after me and my wife started to buy a house together. This is one of my achievements in my life and also one of my dreams. it could tell me one thing that everything could happen if we just do it. I always challenge myself in every story on every working day. to be good and better than I was yesterday.

ーーWhat challenges do you want to take on in the future with Aldagram?（アルダグラムでこれからどんなチャレンジをしていきたいですか？）

I am expecting to grow with Aldagram, so the challenges for sure should be how we can expand more about the product (KANNA) to the entire Thailand market. This can be quite challenging.I would like to deeply understand how the product can develop the market and likewise create opportunities to explore.
