多言語と経験を活かして、北海道の企業と外国人をつなぐ

学生時代から海外を旅し、英語・韓国語・中国語を学んできました。
その旅の中で、私は本当に多くの親切を受け、異国で支えられる経験をしました。

だからこそ、今は日本で困っている外国人の力になりたいと強く思っています。
言葉が通じない不安や、文化の違いから生まれる戸惑いを、少しでも和らげたい。

一方で、外国語のスキルがなく、外国人対応に悩む企業は少なくありません。
私は一つの会社に属するのではなく、外部コンサルタントとして、
多くの企業が外国人と円滑に関わるための「ソリューション」になりたいと考えています。

特に、外国語人材がまだまだ不足している北海道。
ここでこそ、自分の多言語力と海外経験を活かし、
企業と外国人の架け橋になることができると信じています。

I have traveled abroad since my student days and have studied English, Korean, and Chinese.

Throughout those journeys, I received countless acts of kindness and experienced the warmth of being supported in unfamiliar lands.

That's why I now have a strong desire to support foreigners who face difficulties in Japan.

I want to ease the anxiety of language barriers and the anxiety that comes from language barriers and the confusion arises from cultural differences.

At the same time, many Japanese companies struggle to communicate with foreigners due to a lack of language skills.

Rather than belonging to a single company, I aim to work as an external consultant, providing solutions that help many businesses engage smoothly with foreigners.

This is especially needed in Hokkaido, where multilingual talent is still in short supply.

I believe I can make the most of my language skills and international experience to serve as a bridge between companies and foreigners who want to stay in Japan.
