As a core member of the Event Department, I played a key role in organizing and executing various cultural events. My responsibilities included event planning, creating detailed schedules and concepts, coordinating logistics, and solving on-site issues to ensure smooth operations. I collaborated closely with other departments to manage resources and improve audience experience. This experience sharpened my leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
I was an intern in the HRGA (Human Resource General Affairs) department, focusing on internal communication. My responsibilities included graphic design using Canva, researching and creating content for internal campaigns, and supporting communication strategies to improve employee engagement.
I worked in the R&D Promotion and Cooperation Development Office, supporting HR-related tasks including research coordination, communication assistance, and promoting academic-industry collaboration. I contributed to internal reporting, helped organize cooperative events, and supported documentation for partner institutions.
I served as the team leader in a cross-cultural marketing contest organized by the R&D Promotion and Cooperation Development Office. I guided my team in developing and pitching innovative marketing ideas to the partnering company, coordinated collaboration between members, and supported everyone throughout the preparation process. This experience enhanced my leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
I was part of the Service Department, responsible for welcoming guests, guiding visitors, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. I provided customer service support during events, answered questions, and contributed to creating a warm and professional atmosphere. This experience strengthened my communication skills and taught me the importance of hospitality and teamwork in event coordination.
