The Ortus Club hosts virtual and physical executive knowledge-sharing events for c-level executives all over the world. Our clients include, amongst others, Adobe, Dell EMC, Google, Microsoft, SAP, Savills, Oracle, Visa, and Zendesk.

I was the one responsible for organising the event with our co-host Slack for this wonderful roundtable session in Singapore last July 25th. I was tasked with conducting comprehensive research on target accounts and overseeing the project. My role entailed devising networking strategies aimed at facilitating this in-person engagement with prominent global decision-makers across the globe. The fourth installment of the global virtual roundtable series, conducted in collaboration with our distinguished co-host, KMC Solutions, and situated in the UK. I actively participated in the orchestration of this event, ensuring the meticulous curation of an exemplary list of attendees to foster a profoundly meaningful and productive exchange of ideas.

I had the privilege of coordinating the event alongside our co-host, Sophos, for the remarkable roundtable session on May 31st in Auckland, New Zealand. My responsibilities encompassed conducting extensive research on target accounts, as well as overseeing all the gears shifting on this project. Within my role, I focused on developing networking strategies designed to foster meaningful in-person interactions with influential global decision-makers. The ultimate goal was to curate guest lists that would contribute to the event's success.

As an Operations Specialist for CCK City Network, Inc., I was responsible for optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards. I revamped the tools used in the operations to ensure accurate data and efficient and productive day-to-day operations.
Proofreader
As a Proofreader, I was responsible for detecting and correcting errors in written documents in the Multilingual Processing Department. I was tasked to rate the written documents according to the standards set by the client. And as a part of ensuring the quality of work, I verify newly-formatted documents of possible rendering errors.
